KNOWING GOD

Job 25:1-6

     Bildad, worn out by all of Job’s words and inability to understand that his condition was caused by sin, gave a short but terse response.  Man is vermin in God’s sight; a parasite who can never be righteous  before the Holy God.  God is too lofty to consider man.  Therefore, man must figure things out for himself without expecting any help from God.

     This view of God is from the heart of one who does not walk with God.  It is full of pride in that it gives man the ability to exist without God.  Man is a parasite in God’s sight but, man is capable of living quite well on planet earth without bothering to know God.

 

     What is God telling you about Himself and how should you respond?  

 

     Glorify and enjoy God today as you praise Him for the righteousness He gives through Christ.
