KNOWING GOD

Job 28:1-28

     Here is a comparison of riches found in the earth and, riches found in knowing God.  Job described the labor man puts into mining ore and gems from the ground.  Then he asked the questions: but where shall wisdom be found?  Where is the place of understanding? 

     Wisdom and understanding are not found in earthly mines or riches.

God understands the way to it and He knows its place…Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.  Job clearly stated his worldview.  Wisdom and understanding are the riches that come from knowing God.

 

     What is God telling you about Himself and how should you respond?

 

     Enjoy God today as you glorify Him by living the wisdom and understanding that comes from knowing Him.
